Theriault & Sons offer many paving related services for residential and commercial jobs. Whether its new construction, repair and/or adding to an existing paved area, drainage concerns, or seal coat & crack filling, TSI can handle your paving construction needs. With paving, we offer multiple options. We can do a two coat, single coat or overlay (if applicable) There's something for all budgets that include all the benefits of a new driveway.

Culvert pipe replacement/install

If you have a culvert pipe under your driveway that either failed or has settled in a way that disturbs your driveway, we can replace it with a new ADS culvert pipe that will stand the test of time. In most cases cities and towns mandate we use a 12” diameter pipe. Now, 15” pipes are becoming mandatory in many cities and towns.
